Due to the nature of our products being natural gemstones, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product received is significantly different from its description or photograph on the website (e.g., major cracks, chips, or a different type of stone not as advertised).

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED for reasons of “change of mind,” minor natural inclusions/variations (which are characteristic of natural stones), or if the product simply looks different in person due to monitor color settings.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Initiate a Return

Contact us immediately at msad5519@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs/video of the issue.

We will review the case and, if eligible, provide a return authorization and the address to ship the item back.

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:Â The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
